Coverage cost calculator


Tap for Instructions Follow the instructions below to calculate the coverage cost of 1 product with optional catalyst, reducer and retarder. For multi-step process, calculate each step separately and add together.
Note: All form fields have a default value of zero. If you are entering a value into a field make sure to delete the zero first.

  1. Enter the name or code for the Product used in the search bar and select the one you are using
  2. The solids by volume value for the selected product will be displayed under the product
  3. In field labeled "Enter solids by volume:", enter the value displayed above
  4. In the form field labeled "Enter volume (parts):", enter the parts used for the selected product (The default value is 100)
  5. In the form field labeled "Enter cost per gallon: $", enter the cost per gallon of Product 1
  6. If you’re using a catalyst, hardener, reducer or retarder, fill in the appropriate form fields as marked
    Note: For catalyst, hardener, reducer and retarder you may need to consult with your product representative for the proper volume(parts) value for your usage case.
  7. Scroll down to "Applied Wet Mils" and enter the total wet mils applied
  8. In the form field labeled "Enter transfer efficiency:", enter the appropriate value
  9. Tap the "Submit" button. Your results will be displayed below. To perform another calculation, tap the "Clear" button.
