Product Description
Promatch ProGlaze Neutral Dry Glaze is an all-purpose dry glaze for furniture and cabinets. It is specially formulated to be used with 844 tints and can be tinted up to a maximum of 7% by volume.
Uses
Promatch ProGlaze Neutral Dry Glaze is used to provide a highlighting effect on furniture, cabinets and millwork. When properly applied, it will provide a highlighted effect with excellent adhesion properties.

Note:
The addition of 844 tints will cause an increase in VOC. Therefore a maximum of 6% by volume is required to maintain low VOC requirements (<240 g/l).

General Information
Prior to use, agitate thoroughly and tint as required with 844 line tints to a maximum of 7% by volume. Apply the Promatch Dry Glaze Neutral over a sealer coat. Sand sealer with 280/320 grit paper before use. The Promatch Dry Glaze Neutral needs to be applied and topcoated within 8 hours of sanding the sealer.
Apply by spray and allow the Promatch Dry Glaze Neutral II to dry before removing excess material with a solvent-wetted rag or Scotch-Brite pad. To ensure good adhesion of the finished system, remove as much of the Promatch Dry Glaze Neutral as possible from the exposed areas before topcoating.
Promatch ProGlaze Neutral Dry Glaze must be thoroughly agitated to ensure product consistency.

FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS GIVEN IN THIS DATA SHEET WILL LIKELY RESULT IN UNSATISFACTORY FILM APPEARANCE OR FILM FAILURE. THE COMPLETE COATING SYSTEM SHOULD BE CHECKED FOR REQUIRED PROPERTIES PRIOR TO THE START-UP OF PRODUCTION.

Recommended time: 30 - 45 minutes
Dry times are greatly affected by film build, porosity of substrate, air movement as well as heat and humidity. Temperatures are based on actual board temperature. This may vary depending on length of time for boards to reach these temperatures. Minimum curing temperatures of 64°F/18°C must be maintained throughout the curing cycle to achieve the film integrity as stated in product features.
