Product Description
This white PU topcoat builds quickly to deliver a smooth, high-end finish. Fast drying and easy to apply, it offers excellent hiding power, lasting durability, and flexibility. It can be used as a white system or tinted with 844's (max 10% vol.) for a versatile color range to meet diverse design needs. With a soft, silky touch, it achieves an outstanding, luxurious feel.
Uses
Ideal for high-end kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, as well as a wide range of interior wood applications, including architectural millworks, store fixtures, and office furniture.

Directions for Use
Surface Preparation
Substrate must be sanded using 120, 150 or 180 grit paper before primer application. After priming, sand with 320 grit paper before recoating, and must be re-coated within eight hours of sanding. Recommended primers include Selva Pro 536-1700, 536-1701, or 536-1702, as well as compatible waterborne primer options: 550-1600, 550-2210,550-1760, and 550-3400.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING THE RECOMMENDED APPLICATION PROCEDURES. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS GIVEN IN THIS DATA SHEET WILL LIKELY RESULT IN UNSATISFACTORY FILM APPEARANCE OR FILM FAILURE. THE COMPLETE COATING SYSTEM SHOULD BE CHECKED FOR REQUIRED PROPERTIES PRIOR TO THE START-UP OF PRODUCTION.

Note:
Dry times are greatly affected by film build, porosity of substrate, air movement as well as heat and humidity. Temperatures are based on actual board temperature. This may vary depending on length of time for boards to reach these temperatures. Minimum curing temperatures of 64°F/18°C must be maintained throughout the curing cycle to achieve the film integrity as stated in product features.
