Chemvinyl 275 is an easy sanding sealer designed for the professional applicator who requires a rapid dry, easy sanding material. The Chemvinyl 275 shows improved adhesion with various stain systems.
In some instances, uncatalyzed materials containing nitrocellulose may show poor adhesion when coating over Chemvinyl 275 546-7029. The time lag between sealing and recoating in these cases is critical and systems must be checked to ensure adequate film properties.

Dry times are greatly affected by film build, porosity of substrate, air movement as well as heat and humidity. Temperatures are based on actual board temperature. This may vary depending on length of time for boards to reach these temperatures. Minimum curing temperatures of 64°F/18°C must be maintained throughout the curing cycle to achieve the film integrity as stated in product features.
