Promatch Spray Stain Base
890-2200 Promatch Spray Stain Base
Product Codes:

890-2200

Surface Preparation:

Wood substrate must be sanded using 120, 150, or 180 grit paper prior to staining.  On wood such as maple, coarser sanding, such as 150 grit, should be performed to avoid polishing of the wood surface.  Hand sanding in the direction of the grain following orbital sanding will remove swirl marks.

General Information:

Product must be thoroughly agitated before use and during application for color consistency. Apply a wet coat of the spray stain on the sanded surface. Let dry a minimum of 30 minutes air dry before the application of the sealer. Keep under mixing to assure consistency of the product. Can be tinted with 844 tints and/or with dyes at a maximum of 6% volume.
